Dr Shams is a very caring doctor... she listens to all my problems and is always there to give her advice. Whenever I see her she is there with a big smile on her face and half of my ailments are cured, on seeing her. The health care team at this place is also a wonderful one and they deal with the patients with utmost care.
Dr. Bender and his staff are extremely professional. Dr. Bender loves his patients and cares about their health. He takes the time to explain health related issues and he makes you feel as if nothing else matters but YOU during your appointment.
Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about any concerns that I have. She is the best oncologist I have ever had. She has been taking care of me for years and it is always a pleasure to see her.
Dr Mininberg and the entire staff at Piedmont cancer has been nothing but amazing. From the 1st consult to the 1st treatment that I received on yesterday the 21st. They have been very informative, kind and patient throughout this process. While Noone wants to have cancer or undergo any type of treatment, I must say they have made my visits very calming and patient.
Update, as of 2/16, I must say my visits have been seemless and everyone at this location has made my visits very pleasant. From the front desk, to the nurses, doctors and nurses in the chemo room.
The only thing i have a semi-complaint, I would say, they do need an ice machine in the chemo room due to one of the chemo meds require the patients to eat ice during one of those.
